Wear Your Smartphone With The inWatch Z!
When it comes to style and design the China based inWatch fashion and technology company is looking to lead the way in wearable technology with the launch of the inWatch Z Smartphone watch. It is more than just a smartwatch, because instead of synchronizing with a Smartphone, it is the Smartphone! Most smartwatches will connect to Smartphone through a Bluetooth 4.0 connection, which means that the user needs to wear the smartwatch and carry the Smartphone with them, which sort of defeats the object. The inWatch Z can connect to a Smartphone through Bluetooth, but it can also use a SIM card too, making it an independent Smartphone.
The features for the inWatch Z are impressive too, running Android 4.2, powered by an ARM processor and 1.6 inch touch screen MiraVision TFT display with a 240 x 240 of pixel resolutions. It is all wrapped up in a light and tough aluminium case with a tough sapphire glass covering the display. Some smartwatches are big, bold and overpowering, but the because of the fashion design background, the inWatch Z is a nice looking watch, not too bulky and comes with a choice of colour. To make it even more personal, each watch will come with a personalized message engraved on the ceramic back cover, which just makes it even more special.
The ARM processor is capable of offering higher speeds while using less energy, while the GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connections allow the user to get online fast. The built in camera can be used for taking photos and video, while the 3D hardware graphic processing MALI-400MP offers high performance visualizations for video, apps and everything else demanded from the display. As with any Android powered Smartphone or tablet device, the inWatch Z is able to download apps from Google Play and that means games, puzzles, social networking and everything else you can do on Smartphone, you can do on your wrist with the inWatch Z, and this is wearable technology taken to the next level.
So the inWatch Z sounds interesting and looks great too, so let’s take a closer look at what is going on under that shiny exterior. The inWatch Z is powered by the popular ARM Cortex A7 Dual Core Processor with 1.2 GHz and there is 1 GB of Ram for storage, which can be expanded up to 4 GB, which is always going to useful. It comes with a brilliant sapphire crystal face, there is a 5.0 mega pixel camera with 720 HD video capture, a neat customized Androidwear UI, with a built in bone conductivity speaker, a ceramic back cover and it is able to connect to cloud based services too, which is what having a smart device is all about.
At the moment, we are not sure as to when the inWatch Z will be launching, but we do know that when it does, the retail price is going to be around $300. However, for those who are quick the inWatch can be pre ordered from as little as $200 and that has to be a bargain for anyone who is thinking of buying a new smartwatch.
